Associate Membership	Florida Bar attorneys not engaged in the practice of law (e.g. retired, academic, inactive, etc.) and non-Florida Bar attorneys licensed in another state. Entitled to all membership privileges, except the right to vote and hold office.	$200
Law Student Membership	For students at Florida law schools and Florida residents at out of state schools. Entitled to all membership privileges, except the right to vote and hold office. Newsletter electronic only.	Complimentary
Judicial Membership	For members of the judiciary of Pinellas & Pasco County, the 6th Circuit of Florida and the 2nd District Court of Appeal of Florida. Entitled to all membership privileges except free luncheons, the right to vote or hold office.	Complimentary
Reciprocal Membership	For regular members of the Hillsborough County, St. Petersburg or West Pasco Bar Associations. Includes all benefits of membership except free luncheons, the right to vote or hold office.	$100

Membership dues in the Clearwater Bar Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, such dues may be deductible as a business expense.
Please make a voluntary, tax-deductible contribution of $25 in support of Clearwater Bar Foundation. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and contributions are deductible for federal income tax purposes to the maximum extent allowed by law.
